Our listening and guidance service is designed to support all individuals.
Sessions take place through our online video sessions. Our provision is unique and impactful, and in agreement with research, it has been proven to be as effective as in person, face to face sessions.
Our person-centred approach is designed to empower those needing help in finding peace, comfort and wholeness.
We welcome:
We provide an unbiased confidential listening service for individuals, walking alongside them to improve their overall wellbeing.
We facilitate engaging group sessions for organisations, teams and departments. There will be plenty of opportunity to discuss the needs and desired outcomes for your group.
We offer tailored training and workshops for workplaces to help them improve overall staff wellbeing.
Our unique counselling service is tailored to support staff wellbeing within days of your initial enquiry and is available on weekdays and most evenings. Sessions are most successful when our counsellor and the client form a strong, consistent therapeutic relationship.
Our 1:1 or group mindfulness sessions will help reduce staff illness due to stress and anxiety. The sessions are calming and will provide them with coping strategies such as breathing and relaxation techniques to enable them to manage stress and become more resilient.
Offering Spiritual, Pastoral and Religious Care to Patients and Staff
Our multifaith chaplains are friendly, experienced and trained in supporting patient’s pastoral, spiritual and religious care needs. We respect diverse beliefs and are passionate about the care we give and not limited to people who are religious. We can talk through the core concerns which affect us all whilst helping to promote the spiritual wellbeing of everyone.
We are often called upon to support patients during their admission in hospital, especially those with life limiting illnesses. Whatever it is that brings your patient or loved one into hospital, hospice or any other health care setting, we will support them online with concerns or challenges that may be troubling them.
Our chaplains offer a compassionate presence, helping patients cope with the feelings of fear, anxiety and isolation. Our provision of emotional support is comforting and reassuring and can be crucial during difficult times. We will help your patients find meaning, purpose and hope in their challenging situations.
